Thomas Finch MD

Dr. Thomas Finch is a board certified adult psychiatrist and psychotherapist with expertise in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety and panic disorders, attentional disorders, self esteem issues, interpersonal difficulties, and other psychological and emotional difficulties. He utilizes both medication and talk therapy to optimally tailor treatments to individual patient needs. He offers both telemedicine and in-person visits.

Dr. Finch earned his medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College, and his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University, where he was a Park Scholar and graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He also holds a master's degree in Medical Anthropology from the University of Oxford and an MBA from Columbia University. Dr. Finch previously served on the faculty at NYU School of Medicine, where he evaluated and treated patients in the NYU Langone Emergency Room and Inpatient Unit, as well as supervised and taught residents and medical students. He has also previously served on the faculty at New York Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell.

Dr. Finch provides initial and second opinion consultations, as well as ongoing medication management, psychotherapy, and combined medication management and psychotherapy.
